Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Thanks Jeff. Going to be an exciting summer I'm excited to see these come together and the shares being revalued. It's been a fun ride and I'm excited for the rest of the year. What a gift these share prices are. I bought 10k more GRB and 30k more Captiva last week and ready to buy more dips. Anyone not taking a solid position in these two companies is missing out on an awesome speculation and getting to see the fruition of years of work come together this summer/fall without the several year wait I have had which will still be worth it!
