Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. PMX is approved for therapeutic use in Japan and Europe and has been used safely and effectively on more than 340,000 patients to date. It has pioneered the development of biochemical markers for the clinical syndrome known as septic shock. It is continuing its legacy business of manufacturing and selling certain proprietary reagents. It develops, produces and markets recombinant proteins, antibodies and calibrators. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Pez signed up 14 days after the Oct. 3rd 2016 "presentation"

His first post just days after our former CFO "goofed up" for the first time and SOLD all of his 225K shares only to buy them back just 2 days later and eventualy SELlL them in bits and pieces over the last 3 months of his SDI journey. Did I mention "Simply Obvious Wall St." conveniently covered his "farwell follie" with "insider sales" coverage just coincidentally over TAX LOSS season...

Tell us Mr. Howell III ...just how valuable are these little pieces of Spectral paper and how much effort goes into writing these brutally obvious scripts...

Shameful behavior...so 90 people here in America CONTROL / have more wealth than 50% of Americans or about 175 MILLION peeps for "round figures"

What is the consensus here? We have been effed over by the insiders...I agree. Does this imply that this thing is not yet dead? Stock price is not zero yet and some FDA news likely coming this quarter so maybe not. Thoughts?
