I have read most of your posts and you have my respect for being one of the few posters here who brings an agent of substance onto this almost dead board. I can honestly say that your posts are both informational and substantive to many who frequent the board here. Kudos to you!

I wrote IR and asked the same question: with Q3 coming up in less than a month, why not wait? No one seems to be able to answer that question simply because officers get their golden parachutes and now diverted on a mission to suppress mym SP downward so they can load up at a much cheaper price before the transaction date!

We started @19.5 Canadian cents for each IMC share owned by mym shareholders!

Don’t forget that MYM share price, before the announcement, was 23 CAD. And now,  a week later, had dwindled to 16 cents.

Forget about the cute analyses, look at the hard facts.

The current SP manipulation was factored into the deal at the expense of the retail shareholders to further enrich the deal makers. I see very little to be as enthusiastic as you have been about a deal that was tailored to crush the average shareholders and further enrich officers and insiders!
