I'm not voting for this deal. It's horrible. It's unfair. I'd rather we build up from here and I know we can. If they want to buy us out, then add another zero to the offer price.

Hoping to hear from Aurum83 over here lol - I am going to start to dig on this but I do not think we will have a leg to stand on. I am sure they hold sufficient voting rights to push this through. Sadly it does not appear to be a hostile takeover - so what is that 65% support threshold? I have a gut feeling we can not stop this.... sadly.... f*&^% I'm with you Lily2021 as in this company can grow out. I just wonder what it is that we are missing? Has to be something. Unless Supreme does not care about their existing shareholders which is possible....
