How  about at the end of Dec when the stock was  trading above $20 ?

Tal Hayek disposed 100k in Dec 22 @$20.28  when the volume was over 2.8 m that day. He had over 3 million shares in total.  On Dec 21 the share price closed at $20.5 with over 4.3 m in volume and no shares were disposed by Tal,Rachel or Joe. They had the chance with strong volume to sell much more of their holdings but they responsibly chose not to do so. On Dec 22nd Joe Ontman disposed 396,900 shares @ $20.49. On March 16 Joe sold 76k shares @ $20.05 when the volume for that day was 895k. Again, there were plenty of chances above $20 and sufficient volume where they could have depleted most of their shares and especially on Dec 21st when volume was really strong.
