Grant Schuetrumpf added, "Finally, we entered 2021 with a very strong cash and working capital position and we continue to explore non-organic growth opportunities that can complement our internal organic growth initiatives."

Same verbiage for the last 12 months or so...but nothing concrete. 

Still, good year. Close to 2M in EBITDA in a pandemic year..that is awesome. Government wage subsidy payments help quite a bit staying afloat. We can conclude that without any non-organic growth (acquisition), we will remain shareholders of a marginal company.
