I don't have a solid feel for what this will sell for. I do agree, that at this point a sale is pretty much the only option, however, whoever decides to purchase this will need to have pretty deep pockets. Although the market cap is only 60 million, in order to pay off existing management, if past behaviour is any indication, will require tens of millions of dollars in Golden parachutes which, sadly, will not really leave much for is measly shareholders.

Sad but true. Having said all that I hope I am wrong.
