They probably have enough already but this is looking more and more like the two bought deals were to make sure enough shares fall into the right hands.
What I am thinking now is $435M is still a very low amount to buy Supreme. Does no one else want to step in? I wouldn't be suprised we a better takeover deal from another big player.
That would make sense to me. And if they weren't certain that would be the case they had also set up the At The Market offering available to them as well to bust out more shares.... I wonder if all the people on the board are actually on board with this. Let's hope Tilray Sundial or Cronos steps up. Doubt Hexo due to Namaste but you never know.
