RE:It's a Mystery to Me
Standard ops for any stock being bought out. This is the third time its happened to me with Kaminak Gold and Origin House being the others. Sell it short and hold it usually 15-20% down from the offer price until vote goes through and date is set for transition. The price you pay to not stick around and give your shares to someone with more conviction and patience. And these are very likely the same institutions who probably had insider info for a few months. Pop in December on leaked financials. Pop in Reddit February because MYM is still in the algos as a volatile play with little resistance to move. And pop again leading into the most recent news. I am very eager to hear of any small company these days who writes it on the wall they care about shareholders. Canada's lack of transparency enforcement doesnt help. CSE is always lower tier exchange and you have to look no further than the fact that practically every cannabis and shroom company that has come to market has been by way of RTO from a defunct mining company. Again Canada has a long history with making it far too easy for shell companies to get listed, sell an obscene amount of stock, options and warrants and then shuffle the company between various deals to conceal the nature of the deals. Go have a look at the order stack for IMCC on ceo.ca or your level 2. Thin on the ask all the way down to $1. It is very possible it dips back into $6-7 which would drag MYM into low teens. For me I'm simply watching what IMCC does with the $250 prospectus. If they do any kind of offering at 9-9.5 in any size then I would be mad because of the immediate dilution after 1) a recent reverse split and 2) issuing all stock to MYM only to issue more at a very similar price in effect lowering the buyout value. My recent discussion with an industry veteran leads me to believe thats not the case. I'm ready to accept being wrong but trust that IMCC is at a point where a rising share price leading to a $12-15 dollar placement is more likely.
