Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. V.VSR

Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

I think a lot of VSR investors were planning to sell on newsit's just that others got the news first. I'm surprised that Reaper is NOT in the loop. Perhaps he is and is just trying to take the heat off himself pending investigation. The good news is that the Newfoundland gold rush hasn't even quite begun. With Fosterville type geology and a market cap of $64m, LAB has a lot of room to run considering the owners of Fosterville have a market cap of over $9.5 BILLION! Many fortunes will be made!
