This one is held down artificially, when it wants to run a block of shares shows up and pushes the price down. Low volume selling is what pushed us down to 12 back in March. It trades below where it's EPS ratio should be. I'm expecting another good quarter, if the company keeps making 1.06/ share like they did in the last Q4, then we should be trading between 25 and 35 a share at least. 

Part of the problem is it trades according to the shares in Brazil, up one day, down the next.
