Tell your "friend" that he's better off doing his own DD than resurrecting smear jobs. Come to think of it, why didn't he just ask you instead of doing the smear?

But in case your "friend" is too lazy to do any DD on his own, tell him he should mortgage his house and buy as much KNR as he can on the ask.
