I think this is really important and explains 2 things 1) he needed to get all the pieces ahead of otehrs in market and 2) he has roadmapped that their fully baked platform will be ready by Q3/Q4 this year.....so buying up his asset pieces as early as he can gives IDYA4 etc the time to complete the highway platforms with on-ramps and off-ramps.
DOC expanding geo foot print is the easier bit as this is all about finding the right partnerships to work with or brick to buy.....which if RXi is an example, he got that for $9.6MM for $16.6MM in Revenue so nothing like a VisoinPros or Oncidium size deal/burden
