Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. How is it bashing? If there was a piece of information that could have a negative impact on your investment wouldn't you want to know? I thought he raised a very good question as to whether there are any potential roadblocks to breaking ground on their proposed sites that could impact the 40 plants in 5 years timeline. Government permitting can tie up developments for years in some situations, heaven forbid they so much as find seagulls breeding on your proposed development.

Personally I'm not worried about the JV but Catch is entitled to their opinion.
