I am long too... hi Al.... the only issue with accepting the company's answer is that to date they have not been subject to peer review and independant analysis they did not originate. That leads many to say that they need to do that before their product will be widely adopted. That could be bypassed with some reports from the field and customer testimonials though. If you just bought in congratulations, you missed a lot of unnecessary heartache (and some fun arguements)!
