substantial judgement by OEB against Hydro one...

substantial judgement by OEB against Hydro one.....legal jargon about some treatment of taxes on rate increases - appears Hydro One has had a ruling go against them in the order of $250 mill + by the OEB. Its been thru the courts and then sent back to the OEB for another look at and this is what they determined including the amounts and how Hydro One will have to refund this amount over the next couple of years. Hydro One statement ended with some kind of generic "we're going to review this decision" ..tempest in a tea pot?? something more?? see what the markets think tomorrow...dwdc
