Understand completely. You have to build when the sun shines. I sold half today also and will wait and see what happens. My gut tells me to get out with this profit so i will see what transpires tomorrow. 
I had dreams of getting my dream lake boat and putting an addition on the cottage but it will have to wait a bit now.
Oh well such is life.
