RE:optHaven't seen anything about this I like, so far....unless there is much more info provided, within a reasonable time to assess and validate prior to any action, I won't be voting my shares for anything.
I see talk of a lawsuit....we all need access to all of the pertinent information in a substantial time frame prior to any sale of property and/or the exercise of any SH rights or any material action that would minimise the best interest of the SHs. Which is what the Company has told us to trust in from day one and we expect that to be the case here, based on the detailed information provided.
