RE:RE:RE:optHard to make any definative call without more info vulc but one thing is certain this came out of left field for me in several areas....first is this the best deal available for the SH?....are there other potential buyers, is this the best ROI possible for SHs?
I have held a handful of shares since they were prepping site for 7acres facility and after miscalculating on rec, changes/ corrections were made and Beena was brought on, another year and a half and we are sitting very well positioned for real growth and starting out from here with realized profit, ebitda lite, and the promise from Beena and team that the future couldn't look brighter for the industry, this company and it's SHs.
If this is the best deal for SHs that's fine but we need to see the necessary documentation to determine how to vote your shares...was Beena brought over to prep the sale or to build the company, how much debt are we talking as they are paying in the $0.60 range. Not enough info to vote yet. JMHO...Opt
