This is a Gold Play with just over $100 Million Market Cap. Last Audited Financials at $0.18 EPS after tax which means this trades at 6.8 PE (which is so under valued).

It boggles my mind that the market always tends to reward the "speculative" play vs. the one that is actually making profits and generating operating cash (See last Q results of approx $3. Million added to balance sheet).

The spot price of Gold has also broke a major resitance line (From a technical standpoint), and if it can break the 50 dma and hold or trade above ($1,762.80 $USD as I write), the next stop is $1,800.00

Enjoy the ride here. This is a hold for me as it's proper valuation IMO should be at least 15 PE or $2.70 per share

Oh... and for all those that like speculative plays, this one also has identified gold reserves in both it's Gold Rock & Golden Eagle Properties that have excellent potential (see news releases).

I have been buying dips and slowly adding to my position here.
