Voting deadline today, April 9th, if shares held by brokerThe 930 AM April 12 deadline noted in the press release, and by Cabbie's post fails to mention that the 930am April 12th deadline applies to Registered Shareholders. My guess is there are not that many of those.

VIFs received from broker states VIF instructions must be received one business day before the proxy deposit date of April 12, So that means VIFs need to be voted by April 9.

Very odd that Cabbie is unable to distinguish between the rules for Registered Shareholders vs Brokerage held shares.
