I think he's factoring a little something from one of those other properties. So $10-12 stock, add a 40-50% premium on a takeover offer and that gives us a stock in the high teens with a 1.5 - 2 billion valuation guestimate, without the inherent risk of technological changes like you say... Now any huge positive surprises from those other properties and we'll have to do the numbers over. Lol.
Definitely apapas, any new discoveries and you can double the price or more.
