the big question that nobody is asking....why would the owner of the copper play which is really hot sector now renegotiate option terms in favor of FCO......they hold a winning hand....why would they fold?

I'm not sure the owner of the copper property folded. According to their website, FCO is an acquisition & exploration company so their main focus is drilling and engineering studies to determine resource estimates, they are not miners as far as I can see. So it's very likely that the copper property will be spun out to a miner. The copper property owner stands to earn royalties, NSR, from the mininig IMHO.

It seems the copper property owner will earn less from the land sale but more from the 2% NSR when a miner enters into production. IMHO.
