SpaceSpace: The new Frontier. MDA went public yersterday, their the ones that developed the Canada Arm. They were bought by Maxar then sold back to Canadians (John risley (Halifa, Clearwater Seafoods), Basillia of RIM and a few other heavey hitters bought it a year ago and IPO'd it yersterday. Their head office is in Brampton with a sub office in Halifax where Lockheed Martin and L-3 tech and Meta are all located. MDA will be working on the next Gen. Canada Arm also habitats, Mining arms etc for the Moon and from there to Mars by the 2030's. What does Meta have that they might need? EMI shielding, deicing?, Antena enhancement and sheilding? I'm sure there's more and their all living cheek to jowl in little old Halifax. Oh did i mention the Ukrainians are building a space port near Canso NS (has a better trajectory than Cape Canaverial for launching sattelittes
I'm just a small player but trying to put together a position in some space focused companies, anyone have any names send them along. Hope i live long enough to see where Meta and MDA end up at
