SJL has traded over 25,000,000 shares today - good start The TSX Venture needs to review the documents of the deal with Dr. Chen's Battery Company.
I don't see a problem - since it is a trade of shares only - and no cash.
I hope that this company will be successfull building a sellable battery for all of us longs who held the shares and have lost big value in our investment.
Graphyte guy - I hope your negative attitude towards this company changes if a sellable battery is produced.
