RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Squeeze comingJames said on the CC that the acquistion would be immediately accretive which adds to our earnings once the deal closes. It would certainly be nice to see an initial order of Aristotle from Care. So far neither have updated their websites saying the test is available. Hopefully soon?
26k people die of cancer everyday as of 2018 stats. At least SZLS and Care are trying to do something about it. Everyday counts all those people can't wait.
Private companies like Care don't file QR's so only their BOD's know and I assume SZLS BOD's will also know over the next 120 days of DD.
Are Private Companies' Financials Public?
In short, not in the United States. While many may speculate about the business revenue or look for financial statements of private companies, typically they will find this to be difficult. As the name implies, a private company is not required to disclose financial information to the public. Privately-owned companies include family-owned businesses, sole proprietorships, and the majority of small and medium-sized companies.
Because private companies do not need to appeal to shareholders, there is no need nor incentive to publish their financial statements. This is in contrast to public companies, which are required to make periodic financial statements available to the public.
