RE:RE:RE:Do not assume debenture conversion is a done dealEnd of Q4/20 - they had $11 Million in CASH on the balance sheet.

Debenture, they pay interest twice a year.  Now, we need to issue 25% more share.  It does not make any sense.

We need the CEO and Board of Directors to resign.
