Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Here's Tilrays Costs per gram. Remember Tilray has a massive market for its products world wide. Don't forget Portugal, Spain, France (recently) New Zealand (recently) Canada, USA with Manitoba Harvest among many others. What made Tilrays struggle was not the shortage of customers it was production costs and pressures on price

with Aphrias ability to grow like this:

  • Cash cost to produce dried cannabis per gram of $0.79 in the second quarter, a decrease of 9% from the prior quarter, which represents the fifth consecutive quarter of decreasing cost.
and Tilray garnering more revenue per gram with its customers
The average net selling price per gram increased by 51% in 2020 to $4.57 (C$6.12) compared to $3.01 (C$3.99) in 2019 due to an increase in International Medical Sales and Cannabis 2.0 products

This is going to be a powerhouse even MSO will pray they didn't have to compete with. MSOs are better off with laws not changing.  Aphrias effeciancy is unrivaled and utilizes the highest technology availble at Aphria Diamond.
