Thank you for your post - I had been seeking confirmaton that the warrants from the second tranche were not restricted from being exercised until the restriction is lifted.  Based on what you have advised the warrants from the second tranche could be exercised at any time.

Obviously these two transactions are causing a number of brokerages, lots of problems.  Odyssey Trust (transfer agent) appears to be the problem.
