RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$34.5 million bought deal oversubscribedIf Management would have bought 1+ mil worth of stock yeah maybe. An ivestment of 10k is BS. It's all smoke.
Hold your horses and wait for bigger moves ... let the market do what it does ... the market is always right!

You recall the pilot when they sold out. A great success story. Is it? They did not say how much they sold though, how much inventory they had ... makes you wonder?
I am invested in this stock and I am positive ... but the management did nothing to support its valuation but used the momento to get capitalized. It may be a very smart move ... time will tell. What is alarming though for me ... they said that all initiatiatives were fully funded and did not need more funds. Then came the news in contradiction to previous statements. Companies at this stage need capital, but more than capital they need strong management to guide the ship.
Buying now ... it makes no sense ... it just passed resistance and can go either way. If it goes up, great it will recover. If it goes the other way, it is way too soon to increase your position.
Be smart and disciplined, don't play their game.

All investors are in a hole now. But the management which will get a raise for sure.
