So you basically have 3 points, since the rest aren't material to the company, and the majority of your concerns amount to: 'why do we have to wait?' I don't think I can teach you the meaning of patience. As for your question of where's the beef, I sincerely doubt your capacity to amend your analyses with new information, since a 460% increase in patients somehow doesn't translates into 'beef', even though it literally improves thier bottom line.
