Even's had said STS was no more in the last investor "town hall" type conference call

Yet they still have $3.834 MILLION loss from expected "sale" of SoTech listed on the balance sheet... still listed as asset

Expectation for saleof Sotech asset; it was always wishful thinking to expect that after giving up control of the partnership they would be able to get the investment back... DILUTED ON MANY WAYS
