RE:RE:What we know / What we dont know

RE:RE:What we know / What we dont knownow cbg you realized things are not good here. don't blame the basher we are just spilling the truth and this is happening for the past 3-5 years now. lack of transparency is a BIG BIG problem and BIG BIG RED FLAG. Since january I keep on emailing Rebecca asking how many covid test are being done at least give me an average but none of those email was answered....so dissapointing and frustrating..........I just keep my hope alive and flaming ....hoping the long silence will be a BIG surprises like partnering to a BIG Hospitals Institution ( MassGen) but all those hopes died in a blink of an eye.  Tripp ruin everything, i have no choice to sell at a lost of 30K if I didn't sold my lost now is around 50K more or less. Thats why i warning everyone not to be lure by the pumpers here.......that guy saying this will go 7BIllion in market cap is weed dreaming.

1. The do covid testing
2. They have hired a good number of people the past year
3. They have retaken over their full lab during the past year
4. They have colonsentry, breastsentry, and now it appears they have Aristotle.  Colon and breast have not been able to gain traction in any market so far and theorettically they are outdated now with the arrival of aristotle as they are all rolled up into one.

What we dont know about Stage
1. How many covid tests can they do a day?  They have been at 1,000 per day capacity for over a year and supposedly ramping up yet the math of revenue per quarter only supports about 400 tests a day as of Q4.  Doesnt make sense seeing how important testing is.  Why were we given this capacity number. Was it a lie?
2. WTF has oncore done if anything in the past 1.5 years? Stage signed a 20M contract with them and they in turn signed a 62M contract with Bodycheck another company we know nothing about and havent heard anything about in over a year.
3. up until last thursday all we have heard is partnering with large health care providers and groups like the fire fighters then bam total shift to buying health clinics.  Are the large health care providers gone now?  That was never said nor talked about in any way but we are left to assume that along with our only analyst.
4. We signed a letter to buy Care Oncology.  No info really given about the company, how they will make us money, how much money they make a year, number of employees, price we are paying.  if this had sent our stock to 2 bucks a share would we really be paying $24M for this company that no one can really find anything about on? WTF

Each time Tripp has promised something the people here have been able to make up excuses why it never came to pass or why is hasnt come to pass.  If anyone here still believes we will ever see anything out of Oncore or this mystery BodyCheck your crazy.

If something like that can be left behind never to be questioned with no outcome whos to say Care wont be the exact same thing.

Remember that $30M or maybe it was 20 or 40 i forget in revenue we were promised awhile back?

The drop in share price is the market saying we are sick of this $hit.

These are real questions "what we don't know about Stage" and I too would like to see them answered by Tripp and Tripp alone. Oncore and Bodychek's deal for 60 mil with 275000 tests and ramping was interputed by covid, however what is its status now - will it continue after covid or during, cancelled, increased etc? Tripp should be addressing that in his CC's as we have the right to know.  The attitude of see no evil, hear no evil doesn't work for investors. Transparency.

We are always told we "have the capacity" for X number of covid tests.  Like other companies, whats the problem with telling us how many they are averaging per month over the past 4 months. Just transparency.

Core clearly has the need to be explained further - we are the shareholders footing the bill for this purchase and we need to make sure its real.  Some of the research on here looks credible which is alarming as I have seen reports of $34,000 rev last year, financial filings 5 months overdue, 6 employees in total, micro office and operation, last reporting in 2019 etc. etc.  Other research shows 12 mil rev and 20 employees etc. so what is the truth - point is we should not be left here on SH trying to figure all this out.  Transparency is key as the dillution is massive - I hope is is as bein presented.
