RE:Getting boughtOk if I was the CEO I would go it alone and not sell the company because by themselves CVX s.p will be much higher in the next year and beyond. They should however adopt poison pill so no one can buy them while at current price but once the s.p is above $2.00- $2.50 then if they feel like selling around that price range, by all means. As for uplisting to TSX I watched both PYR and DYA uplist to Toronto with no news to support it and what happened was both stocks went up on the news and finished flat by the end of the day. So what I am trying to say is if CVX has plans to uplist to TSX they should have a NR to support the move.
