Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Scare tactics and short attacks are done

RE:RE:Scare tactics and short attacks are doneCanadians can own US stocks. My shares are held on the Nasdaq myself not the TSX. You have a long term play you won't be charged out given whatever the SP is at the time and kicked out of the play. That definitely won't happen to Canadians considering Aphria is a Canadian company. I can guarantee that won't happen. Our headquarters are moving to the USA and what not. Or at least major operations like Irwin said after merger. We will be listed on US exchange and the company will be very focused on changing laws and expanding south. That doesn't mean Canadians get tossed out of their holdings that would tank the stock who would do that?  You're good
