so if we believe their reasoning of pushing back the AGM is for a vote on the LOI and not Tripp saving his own butt then the AGM should be around the first two weeks of July.

that reason for pushing the AGM is just another lie in my book though. maybe in 3 months w will forget about it just like the last one though.
