GMA.and T.NEO. are we on the same market?

I really don't know,but what I feel is that NEO is not ramping or simply walking,they are litteraly flying to the first place in the north american and european market start line. So is GMA.will gives a little more advices on the actual situation, or it will be the eternal and boring skyzophrenic reports of lasts years and now?
