Ideally they would have the patients inhale a vaporized form of TLD-1433 , then also apply topical solution of TLD-1433 after surgery.  IMO this would maximize distribution of Photosensitisor. , but since they are removing tumors surgically, they would know exactly where to concentrate topical application of TlD-1433 solution,so either way they should get good uptake.  All IMO.  Would be nice to hear about some good animal data from Roswell.
