RE:RE:RE:RE:sam

RE:RE:RE:RE:samOptGreen, my apologies, when I ready your first line about Vulcan being spot on about me being here to quell the masses I just assumed you were agreeing with him in full and I didn't read the rest of your post.  I just read it in full and now I understand what you were saying. Sorry for iniitially misunderstanding you.

SamRothstein wrote: Sigh again.  This is exactly why I don't bother posting on 90% of the boards where I'm invested.  Because you get drawn into conversations like this with people that don't seem to understand how public companies and capital markets work and that can't seperate their emotions from their investments.   I am not here to quell anyone, I don't care who doesn't like the deal.  I wish the deal was even better so that everyone on this board could buy a pony.  And if wishes were horses beggars would ride.  Bottom line is that this deal is going to pass the vote and there will be no court challenges, unless you count a few bucks tossed to lawyers to go turn their ambulance in another direction.  Best of luck to you and everyone else on board.

OptGreen wrote: I have to say Sam, vulc is spot on with what seems to be that you are here to quell the masses and shed some light on this deal, of which came in from left fiield, not only a real game changer but the eradication of the identity of our long term investment for many, myself included.

I was pizzed at first read of the news, we were sold out!!....while I still need see the terms of the deal, what I have seen so far is this deal might be the best deal we could ever expect in order to to achieve the real success we are invested for and that is ROI, of which now looks much different but is far more realistic now and with far less downside for that success.

To start, it is really $.90/sh as wel would need to see at least a 2 for 1 RS to survive and many other issues that could reduce SH value;
-it has been a lift to get product shelved country wide
-prices will be coming down, along with reduced margins due to sales/ promos
-we would need to depend on luck to continue, as we would be the only small LP to suvive on it's own. Odds are not in our favour.

In this deal we should be able to achieve the goals we have hoped for as the premium wing of the company....I feel the best case scenerio for WEED is that this be a 'turn-key' acquisition, with Beena and team contiuing to full production with all resources, just not the elephant in the room of having to survive as a stand alone company at this stage of this budding industry. This gives WEED a fully functioning high quality product stream that now has the best of the best, at full production and focussing solely on growing new and better product while generating a healthy profit to the WEED bottom line.

With all of the existing WEED shelf space across the country and the advertizing capabilities of WEED, all the longs underwater will see returns on their investment and while it will take a little time we will see a ROI instead of a real chance for loss without this deal.

I think it is in WEED's best interest to let Beena and team to keep their collective nose to the grindstone and shelve the finest high quality menu in the country and beyond, focussed on new and better strains/ products with the sweetest net margins in the industry. I think we, the SHs, 7acres along with WEED all win at the max possible here. JMHO...Opt

SamRothstein wrote: Sigh. You caught me vulcan.  I am just a paid shill that Beena hired to help convince people to vote for this sweetheart, "help the fat cats and screw the little guy" deal. As hard as I tried I just couldn't fool the mensa-like brain trust that seems to be most vocal on this board.  Since i guess the jig is up I will now depart.
