RE:15TH Is Thursday ! IMHO news will not flow until next week !The transaction is currently dependent on the signing of a definitive agreement and approval of the firms board of directors. The proposed transaction is currently slated to close by April 15, 2021.

Correction to my previous post ! We should get news Thursday or Friday of aquisition completion. This may be the last week to accumulate at this current price. I expect the floor to move up in coming weeks. Exciting times ! Stock up on popcorn , should be a financially rewarding show IMHO.
