I don't think Fantino and current management would be very excited about that. They could have unloaded twice already at over a buck.
Has any type of a shareholder rights plan been adopted? At a dollar, would it be worth installing a poison pill? It has negative effects like dilution but a dollar....give me a break. I think they would be better off selling the company in pieces if it came to that. Giddy up
