The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

Tom2K20, after reading what you have prepared, not sure there is a deal possible if Chad Day is saying that these areas are ....".... the most sacred of places to the Tahltan people culturally...."... I am back to the same question, can a deal be made given the sacred nature of the area...? Good Luck.
