I couldn't agree more. I can admit that in the past I sat in my little investment bubble with my spreadsheet of stocks, playing with potential stock prices and dreaming of how rich I would be. This is what I envision prophet doing.
I the past I was extremely foolish putting virtually all my money into a bunch of very longshot stocks - I consider VIBE one of those today.
What my dreaming approach got me was a portfolio of near worthless equities (including VCAN / BLVD / CXV).
If one is so disconnected from the fundamentals of a stock, if a long ignores the short thesis, then you are just burying your head in the sand and getting what you deserve.
I
am long this stock. So far I continue to hold the shares I have received via the VCAN transaction thus far. I consider the Beacon (I think it was Beacon) $2.60 one year target
an absolute long shot. So many fundamental things would have to fall perfectly in line to get there.
For every analyst target that is successfully hit there are probably 20 that aren't.
For me I consider
$2.60 my four year price target - I feel like this is conservative, but my real expectation is they fail, or get sold before four years from now. I can also see VIBE floundering around for a few years.
Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but if someone can't tell you
why a stock will get to their price target then you probably shouldn't listen to them, and when they do tell you their thesis - verify all their assumptions!

PLEASE, if there is anyone on this board that isn't from Ventura, please do not listen to the prophet. He's full of $h!t. He's assumptions and predictions have absolutely no merit! $10 by Christmas?!?! Give me a break.
while I don't know xn4xx's motive, he's 100% right that these statements are ludicrous.
FYI - I am a long on this stock from my Vcan days but I can't sit here and watch this guy say the same bullshit he's said for 4 years
