RE:RE:RE:RE:KBB might have garnered someone's attentionIf it's good for Goldman Sachs to admit fault and the amount of their fine was $2.9B (in Oct 2020) for their settlement then I don't think it's set in stone . It's still a choice on how to operate. Now, the investment banks and others like to pay fines and not state fault BUT they do list the amount of the fine or settlement amount. It's rarely done where they don't have to do either like in this case . What's the problem in stating the amount of the settlement. This secrecy could lead to issues on many levels.
