Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:On the Fence

RE:On the Fence

I'm not sure I also am having a hard time trying to figure out what to make of it..... When you drill a gas well these days you can get gas analysis in real time as you are drilling which will tell you the make up of your gas, obvisuly y ou then need a thrid party to verify but they waited a very long time to put out results, and then when they did they only release what the HE concentrations are. Is there Nitrogen? Methane? H2S? Is there water? Still a lot of questions. From what I have seen have a well with 0.3% - 1% He showing is not anything special there are hundreds of thosunands of wells accross AB and SK that have Helium shows in that quanitiy, most of them are mixed with Methane so that doesn't mean its economical to get the Helium out but it's there and it shows in a lot of wells.

There are so many things needed to make a well econmical, even DME great headline with 8% helium, but the pressure on their well was I think around 800 PSI, I'm not sure how they are going to get it to flow with that little pressure, economical NG wells drilled in AB and SK are around 3500 + PSI and even good wells with that pressure decline after about 5 years.

I don't know what to make of it, hopefully they follow up with more info and data.
