Calculation

Shares: 0.083099032

Warrants: 0.032042808

September Issuance:

Restrictive Legends

UNLESS-15JAN21

Calculation

Shares: 0.018072301

Warrants: 0.021598273

In each case the shares were distributed proportionately to the number of Vibe shares and warrants received from Ventura Cannabis and Wellness.

At lest we can now correctly calculate what we should be receiving. Talk about pulling teeth from a pirahna!
