The warrant has no adjustment provision in the event of a reverse split. ...

Clearly, though, common sense would dictate that your company would be entitled to adjust the strike price proportionately upward and the number of shares purchasable proportionately downward.

murdick capp issues these w thier IPO..  that stok went balistik last week..  had a 20% short interest ratio and got sued around 1300hrs..  the warrants went from 0.60 to 2.80..

warrants are always profitable.. 0.035 off a 200 mda of 0.o40 / bodes bad !
