ncu can up the strike or down.. and it can fiddle w the date...  the wts are a registered security..

when u reverse a stok..  there is a new series of stoks issued w new serial numbers..

otw -  i find no usefull information in this regards from gaggle  ??

i am concerned that 35 is heaeded lower than the issue of 30; this i hav never seen before..
