Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

We brought in 15 million NET revenue

We brought in 15 million NET revenue From SweetWater. We also had 12 million in expenses finishing up closing the purchase of the brewery which is a one time expense. I said between 15-20 million Canadian from SweetWater.  I didn't think we still had 12 million in expenses towards closing of the deal. You gotta pay to play that expense won't be on the next quarter. Covid lockdowns will be defeated by the vaccines God willing. Merger costs are not an ongoing issue. Ron predicted 30 in three months I say 40 dollars a share. Everyone panics wants to attack me an Aphria bull. It costs money to make money. One day other companies will try and catch up and will spend fortunes while Aphria Tilray will already be at the top earning revenue globally.
