I sent Tim the still posted IR guy an email two weeks ago and have had no response. He has always answered me in the past - so possibly something has changed.

Tim is not an employee he is a consultant working on contract so maybe the contract was terminated him. I may look up his regular business and see if I can get a response going that way.


Had a brief talk with Tim today. He is a partner with an outfit called Incite Capital Markets.
He is mostly divorced from Zecotek but says Faouzi is still looking for that venture company that he will be able to invest in and try to bring some kind of life back into his investments. Whether that will result in any recovery for the rest of us shareholders is very questionable.

A total screwup with his China play but it is what it is. Presumably you cannot squeeze blood out of a stone. Between his salary draws, bonuses and such and the direct sale of the private part of the enterprise and possibly all of the patents (although he may still own those) I would assume he comes out smelling like a rose and continues to live in the lifestyle to which he is accustomed -- the rest of us? Just sucking wind!
